The cash-buyer industry runs on signal-poor trust mechanisms.
Most operators either don't expose reviews on their site or
curate them so tightly that you cannot tell which were real.
Some maintain a separate "reviews" landing page that has no link
back to the underlying Google Business Profile — which means
there is no way for you to verify the source.
Every review on this page comes from
our public Google Business Profile.
You can click through and read them directly on Google. We do
not edit the text. We do not incentivize reviewers. If someone
left us a 1-star review, it would appear there too — and on the
structured-data feed we send to search engines.
The structured-data feed matters because it determines what
Google can surface in rich results — the star rating under a
search result, the review count, the names of the principals
named on this profile. For real estate, which Google classifies
as Your-Money-or-Your-Life content, the threshold for
"trustworthy" is materially higher than for an ordinary review.
Our reviews, our schema, and our named principals all match the
Better Business Bureau profile and the Texas corporate
registration. The whole point is to make verification cheap for
you.
