Diamond Acquisitions property alerts — SMS Program Disclosure
DACQ INC d/b/a Diamond Acquisitions ("Diamond Acquisitions") sends SMS deal alerts about newly released off-market investment properties to real-estate investors who opt in. This page documents how consent is collected and the terms of the program.
How end users opt in
The opt-in form is publicly reachable, with no login, at marketplace.diamondacquisitions.biz/marketplace/signup — a single page whose SMS checkbox and full disclosure text appear directly in the page HTML. The identical checkbox also appears on our multi-step account signup at marketplace.diamondacquisitions.biz/start (step 7 of 7) and on marketplace.diamondacquisitions.biz/create-account. The screenshot below shows the /marketplace/signup form exactly as a new visitor sees it. An investor who did not opt in at signup can still turn SMS alerts on later from the "Deal alerts by text" toggle in their marketplace account settings.
The SMS checkbox is optional and is not pre-selected, and is separate from the Terms and Privacy checkbox. No other box on the signup form is pre-checked — email alerts are disclosed as a plain statement rather than a checkbox, so there is nothing on the form for a user to un-check. The SMS checkbox is labeled exactly:
"Text me deal alerts via SMS. I agree to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from Diamond Acquisitions at the number I provide. Consent is not a condition of signup. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help."

Checking the box is not required to create an account or use the marketplace. The investor's SMS consent choice is recorded on their account, and opt-outs are honored immediately.
Opt-in confirmation
Immediately after opting in, the investor receives this one-time confirmation text:
"Welcome to Diamond Acquisitions property alerts. Msg freq varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Help: contact@diamondacquisitions.biz. Reply STOP to opt out."
What investors receive
Every message in this program comes from (469) 632-8768. Besides the confirmation above, an opted-in investor may receive:
- Alerts about off-market properties we release, with a link to photos and details.
- Shortly after signup (the next morning if they sign up late in the evening), one short text asking what kind of property or area they are looking for.
- Replies when they text us a question about a property.
STOP, START, and HELP
Replying HELP to any message returns:
"Diamond Acquisitions property alerts. Help: contact@diamondacquisitions.biz or 469-942-6444. Msg freq varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out."
Replying STOP to any message returns:
"Diamond Acquisitions: You are unsubscribed from property alerts and will receive no further messages. Reply START to resubscribe."
Replying START after a STOP resubscribes the number to this program.
