Diamond Acquisitions SMS Program Disclosure

DACQ INC d/b/a Diamond Acquisitions ("Diamond Acquisitions") sends SMS deal alerts about newly listed investment properties to real-estate investors who explicitly opt in. This page documents how consent is collected and the terms of the program.

How end users opt in

The opt-in form is publicly reachable, with no login, at marketplace.diamondacquisitions.biz/marketplace/signup — a single page whose SMS checkbox and full disclosure text appear directly in the page HTML. The identical checkbox is also the final step of our multi-step account signup at marketplace.diamondacquisitions.biz/start (step 7 of 7); because that page is a JavaScript wizard, the screenshot below is hosted here for review. The checkbox is optional and is NOT pre-selected, and is separate from the Terms and Privacy checkbox. It is labeled exactly:

"Text me deal alerts via SMS. I agree to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from Diamond Acquisitions at the number I provide. Consent is not a condition of signup. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help."

Checking the box is not required to create an account or use the marketplace. Consent state and a timestamp are stored with each account, and opt-outs are honored immediately.

Program terms

  • Message frequency varies based on deal activity and your preferences.
  • Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.
  • Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Reply HELP for help.
  • Consent is not a condition of purchase, signup, or receiving any service.
  • No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third party.
